Cute Baby Black Cat on a Pumpkin for National Cat Day

I love this little baby black cat standing on a pumpkin that is just as big as or bigger than the kitten.  You can tell this kitten is just about to lose its fluffy fur and become a big cat any day now.  I am not sure it the black kitten is saying “My pumpkin” or “Look what I can do!”
National cat day is August 8th or at least it was in 2012.  National cat day is about adopting cats and kittens from shelters.
I always tell people to check out the cat rescue groups and shelters first.  If you want to buy from a store then find out where they get their animals from.  Are they local pets from shelters and rescue groups or some of their customers or are they from breeders?  If you have the option, always rescue or adopt a pet that was not breed just to be sold to you.  There are many animals in need of a loving and caring home that will not find one because they are in shelter, not a cage in a store.

Sea Food Styled Carved Pumpkins for Halloween

These carved pumpkins look great but I don’t see the sea food designs working for Halloween decorations.  Maybe as a fall decoration by the water, or a sea food restaurant.

Scary Creepy Evil Pumpkin Centipede Halloween Decoration

I don’t like centipedes to start out with; this one made of pumpkins with a Jack-o-lantern face gives me the creepy crawlies.  The carrots legs look creepy.  I have no idea how they got this pumpkin centipede to rear up like this.  Even just looking at this picture makes me uncomfortable, so as far as a scary, creepy Halloween decoration it gets my vote.

Very Cute Jack-o-lanterns from the Movie Despicable Me

These painted pumpkins look very cute and very much like the little guys in the Movie Despicable Me.  Great non-scary fun Halloween decorations.

Zombies Bursting out of a Giant Pumpkin

I knew the zombies attack would have to start from some place, just never expected them to burst out of a giant pumpkin.  This is a great Halloween decoration.  Can you imagine coming across these zombies crawling out of this pumpkin, now how do you think a kids is going to react to this as they come up to a home in the dark!  Scary!  Very well done.

Jack-o-lantern Monster with little Jack-o-lantern tongue ring.

This Jack-o-lantern monster is not scary.  I think it is the big tongue that makes it funny.  I am not sure but I think the little jack-o-lantern is a tongue ring.  Or the bigger jack-o-lantern monster is eating that poor cute little jack-o-lantern.

Pumpkin or Jack-o-lantern Dog

Beautiful dog inspired carved jack-o-lantern.  It is nice to see the dog the pumpkin was carved to look like in the same picture.  Nice work.  It will look great on Halloween.

Funny Halloween Pumpkin Comic

Very funny!  Not the usual type of Halloween pumpkin comic but it made me laugh so I am sharing.  I have to say it is a little too late to think about getting his seeds scooped out with that house hold of baby pumpkins.

Black Cat with Jack-o-lanterns and pumpkins

What a great Halloween decoration, but how do you get the black cat to stay there all night.  I like the pumpkins mixed in with the jack-o-lanterns, but it is the black cat that makes this picture for me.

The jack-o-lantern ate the kitten

Ok, cats will find the funniest places to take a nap, but inside a jack-o-lantern!  This pumpkin has kitten in its tummy.  This Halloween picture is cute and funny.  Just how did the kitten get into the pumpkin?

Squirrel makes jack-o-lantern

Squirrel verses pumpkin, squirrel wins!  The squirrel is cute, but it did get caught eating someone’s Halloween pumpkin display.  I guess the squirrel was hungry, and a pumpkin is food so it makes perfect sense.  I hope the squirrel enjoyed its extra special fall dinner of pumpkin.  I also hope the person who “owns” the pumpkin lets the squirrel finish its meal.  They would have the only jack-o-lantern made by a squirrel on the block (maybe not).

White Cat Jack-o-lantern sitting beside the cat

Art copies life!  Love the cat so how could I not love the white cat jack-o-lantern.  This is a cute Halloween pumpkin obviously inspired by the fluffy cat sitting beside it.

Halloween pumpkin man or pumpkin killer

I am not sure it this is funny or not.  It is just wrong, but it made me laugh.  It looks like a snowman made from pumpkins that took out or killed another pumpkin man.  This would sure make me look twice, even on Halloween.  Very creative.
