Amazing skeleton horse with ghoul rider just in time for Halloween

This looks so great I am not sure it someone spend hours airbrushing the skeleton design on the horse or used photo shop.  I think the skeleton design was carefully airbrushed onto the horse, my husband thinks photo shop.  Regardless of how it was created this is a wonderful photo of a skeleton horse and its ghoul rider. I wonder if it was part of a Halloween show, or just a great Halloween costume for horse and rider.
